But its no where near as bad as some other brands. Switched over to this stuff recently after years of using sucralose. As i believe this to be a healthier option. Wasnt a fan at first, but its slowly grown on me. It does have a slight bitter after taste despite what the company claims, but its no where near as bad as some other brands. I did however find i need to use double the recommended amount to get a desired level of sweetness, which will mean i go through the bottle a bit faster. Ive been using it a fair bit these last couple of weeks though and there is still plenty left so i think a bottle should last me several months, which is quite good value for money overall.

So much better than powder stevia.

These sweet drops initially take a bit of getting used to. These sweet drops initially take a bit of getting used to. After using them in my tea for about a week i got used to it and now love it. The drops last a lot longer than the powdered forms of sweetener – i use one or two drops in my tea. Loses 1 star because of the initial expense, however as they last a lot longer it evens out.

Nice stuff the dropper is good quality too.

Wisdom Natural Sweetleaf Stevia Extract Clear Liquid 120Ml ( 1X4 Oz) : As i’m diabetic i am always looking for good, low calorie sweeteners. I don’t want to use artificial sweeteners as i’m not sure what the chemicals will do to me long term. So i was very pleased to find this product, which i add to liquids, sauces and frozen lollipops. It tastes wonderful and there is no bitter aftertaste at all. I’ve just ordered my second bottle.

    Really happy with it, lasts for ages. Tastes nice, little bit of a bitter after taste but last for ages.

      1. Very strong/odd to most people sugar replacement for zero sugar diets. Great if you cannot eat sugar, or other sweeteners. For people on zero sugar diets this is a life saver. But for anyone else they don’t usually like it as they are used to and take for granted the luxury of natural sugars and other products. Use it sparingly, it’s very strong.

    1. Though i went through it a bit too quick (in love) the best thing is how it froths up my smoothies. You don’t get that from the stevia you get from the supermarket – they’re full of bulking agents and can even make me bloat. Not with this though – it’s pure. Love it, will become a staple in my cupboard for definite. Then i’d drink it straight from the bottle (just kidding).

It was great to start and has all the attributes that i was looking for in terms of pure stevia extract, etc. However, it has recently become cloudy, it looks like bacterial or fungal growth, although i haven’t officially examined it. I have been using stevia for about 15 years without this problem. I am also very careful not to contaminate the tip of the dropper. I have only used 20ml or less and will have to discard the rest. This consider, it is a very expensive product. I will be trying another company and not purchasing again.
