I discovered this burger mix very superior and delicious. I located this burger mix really fantastic and delicious. Mindful not to include too a great deal h2o as it gets also mushy (just insert additional mix if you nevertheless have some). I must say after following the instructions the mix was a little runny and difficult to work with, however i must say they taste very nice, as a vegan (how do you know someones vegan?.Don’t worry they’ll tell you) this is my go to burger mix now. I can suggest however using a bit less water than it states on the packaging and also putting around 5-10ml of olive oil in with the mix. For example i will usually use 150g of burger mix to 210ml of water and 10ml of olive oil. I find this makes the mixture very easy to work with and the end product is much nicer. I also use flour to keep it in shape. I usually use this with some lettuce and vegan cheese.

    This is a super mix – i make several burgers and freeze some.
      1. I found this burger mix extremely good and tasty. I found this burger mix extremely good and tasty. Careful not to add too much water as it becomes too mushy (just add more mix if you still have some). I’m re-ordering the 5 kg bag as i can get through the 1 kg very quickly.

    1. Made 175 g to 300 ml water, half what they recommend for eight and i got seven decent sized pattie sized burgers. Added a desertspoon of hot peppersauce to the mix and altough a bit moist the burgers stayed together when fried and tasted good. I enjoy a good pork chop but must admit these were very tasty and a nice change.

    Made 175 g to 300 ml water, half what they recommend for eight and i got seven decent sized pattie sized burgers. Added a desertspoon of hot peppersauce to the mix and altough a bit moist the burgers stayed together when fried and tasted good. I enjoy a good pork chop but must admit these were very tasty and a nice change.

    I like this one, i think the trick is to always add chopped onions and garlic, about 15%/20% more on top of the dose and it’ll give a good end result. Also baked in the owen is better and more healthy.

    A veggie burger is never going to be like a ‘real meat’ burger , but as vegetarian burger-mix goes this stuff is good. It holds together well so there’s no need for any extra binder (such as egg) and is easily made into patties and fried ( probably best to leave it for a while after adding the water to let it swell up and become firm ). It’s well seasoned and tasty and you get quite alot of it.

Good value and would definitely order more, or order a bigger pack.

    Holds its shape as burgers, without being like rubber, works well as a mince, especially in lasagne and stands up flavour wise without having to add loads of extra flavours like stock cubes etc. My favourite way of serving it is as a ‘meat free loaf’ as the vegetarian option for a traditional sunday roast, really tasty and complements the traditional roasties veg and gravy well. Good value and would definitely order more, or order a bigger pack.

    My husband is a big meat eater but even he loves these burgers. Very convenient as you can make it in to any size burger or sausage that you want.

I live in italy where the vegeburgers (they only have one type at the supermarket) cost over 3 pounds for a pack of 2 and taste like cardboard soaked in some unknown grease mixture. So, obviously finding the suma burger mix was quite a god-send (to my mouth, stomach and wallet).
