Sukrin Sunflower and Pumpkin Seed Bread Mix 1 kg : easy delicious paleo
We’ve been using this bread mix for months now. It’s the best gluten-free bread we’ve found, and i love the fact that it is low carb, so i can eat it, tooi mix 250g mix with 300ml water and put it into a round 8′ cake pan lined with parchment paper. Take it out of the oven and remove from the paper immediately (else it can stick) and let cool on a rack. This makes a round of bread that is about an inch thick. After it’s cooled, i slice the round into four pie-like wedges, and then slice horizontally through each wedge to make a top & bottom. Each wedge makes 1 sandwich. I put the pre-sliced wedges into the fridge until needed. My husband takes two sandwiches a day to work for four days per week, so i make at least two panfuls of bread each week.
I recommend this bread mix – it’s delicious. I recommend this bread mix – it’s delicious. Very nice flavour and is a little bit like a german bread. I mixed 250g of bread mix with 300ml of water and left it to stand for a few minutes. Instead of making a loaf i took a silicone muffin tray and dropped some batter into each space (250g makes 12 muffins) and baked on 175 degrees for about 30 minutes. My only gripe about this product is the price.
So easy to make and will buy again and again. Have also brought for friend. Especially if it stays at the price i paid. Here are the specifications for the Sukrin Sunflower and Pumpkin Seed Bread Mix 1 kg:

- Sunflower and pumpkin seeded low-carb bread mix
- Free from sugar, wheat, yeast and soy
- Great taste and texture
- No additives, preservatives or artificial colours
- Gluten-free bread with only 1 gram carb per slice
Have fun experimenting with this. This is so much fun to experiment with. I make bread with it and yesterday i made blueberry muffins, adding yoghurt and almond milk to it.
Reviews from purchasers :
- Highly recommended!
- Brilliant low-carb bread
- This is a really good bread alternative if you are trying to avoid gluten

Ignore the one-star review: i’m not sure what they did, but this turns out perfectly every time for me. 250g of mix, 300g of water, mix in a bowl, put into a baking tin lined with baking parchment and cook at 175 degrees for 70 minutes. As a diabetic, this stuff is a real liberation: one tenth of the carbs of other so-called low carb breads.
