Excellent quality; great taste; good value. . I’ve ordered these brazil nuts three times from real food source and have never been disappointed. The flesh of the nuts is firm and smooth, with no dry or fibrous bits. Almost all (i’d guess around 98-99%) of the nuts are whole, with very few halves and no crumbs, and many still have most of their delicate brown coat intact, which suggests to me careful shelling and handling. I didn’t come across any soft or rotten nuts in any of my three bags. The nuts are packed in an attractive, pale green, airtight bag that can be easily resealed – and the seal really works. Flatten the bag to remove air, pinch the seal closed, and the bag stays flat and airtight until the next time. A bag of these brazil nuts lasts me about a month, and i haven’t noticed any deterioration in quality. Oh, and delivery was very quick indeed – almost by return mail.
