As i have read another reviews it. As i have read another reviews it has some shell pieces (husk). So i find a little trick , instead rinsing the hemp i’m adding with it on my cereals some chopped almonds,cashew nuts,or brazilian nuts and is everything crunchy. Good price and fast delivery. Very happy with this purchase.

The packaging came in good conditions. Considering omega 3 oils get rancind very quickly, in this form they stay perfet for a few months. Used it to make hemp milk with a blender and a collander.

Bought it as a present for brother who is trying to be plant based but he works out and is worried about protein. He loved it, he said it tastes like nuts a bit, i tried and i think so, too. For me though i have a reaction to it similar to what i have with walnuts, it’s some allergy of some sort, but it’s really mild. Anyhow since it’s a big pack, it comes out to be cheaper, too, so good for both of us.

Be comforted by the fact that it is good and healthy. The shell issue mentioned by others remains. However, it is not an issue for me, though i can understand the feelings expressed. I have a feeling it may be a nature of the product, though you would need to compare with other sources of shelled hemp, which i have not. Be comforted by the fact that it is good and healthy.

I didn’t feel there was much husk and even if there was i normally only use in smoothies so that would be a benefit with the extra fiber. Seller is very quick to dispatch. Love that these are from the eu and not china.
