    Loved the dark mochas they make at my university café, slightly less sweet but far more delicious than regular mochas. I asked the barista how they make it and she introduced me to monin dark chocolate sauce. I’m basically able to recreate them at home now to the same standard with this one little bottle.     Thanks to some help from lovely people here, i have just had the best mocha ever using this wonderful sauce. Very rich and incredibly tasty. The price does seem a little steep though.

      1. This chocolate sauce is definitely like the sauce you put on squirty cream on top of hot chocolate. It is really thick and best kept in the fridge after opening. Also, this sauce never seems to go off. Try it on a hot chocolate or ice cream. I guarantee you won’t eat ice cream on its own ever again.

Bought this as my husband loves profiteroles and there never seems to be enough chocolate saucelovely, rich flavour and very smooth texture. We now use it to make hot chocolate then drizzle it over the marshmellows on top :)we also drizzle over poached pears and ice-cream. The container is larger than i expected and it is definitely going a long way – worth every penny – delicious.

Bought this as my husband loves profiteroles and there never seems to be enough chocolate saucelovely, rich flavour and very smooth texture.     Used this along with the monin black forest flavoured syrup to make a costa style black forest hot chocolate from their winter menu. It’s the same products they use and very tasty they are too. Wish it was a bit more concentrated though.

    A perfect, good quality chocolate sauce for making mochas etc.
      1. Finally found itbeen looking for a chocolate sauce that tastes very similar to the stuff they use in costa and this is it. Very chocolate-y and not too sweet. Only thing is its quite expensive, but it lasts a while.
