This is a good organic blackastrap mollasses. I use it for baking and also as an iron health supplement (one teaspoon a working day).

Fantastic black strap molasses – fantastic as a food health supplement. These are not the best black strap molasses i have attempted, which to my brain need to have an practically fibrous quality to them, but they are undoubtedly the molasses you should really be having if you want the wellbeing gains.     Good black strap molasses – great as a food supplement.     1. Excellent stuff and full of minerals, taste is not so great but use it for health boost, it is much cheaper than buying minerals in capsule and drink form.

    Not my cup of tea – but thats not to say it won’t be good for you. Arrived quickly – tastes disgusting, but i bought it as a medicinal purchase rather than for the taste experience. For me the medicinal benefits don’t outweigh the gross taste – but that is just a personal preference thing – so haven’t marked down for taste. I don’t know what other uses this has – so will probably now live at the back of my cupboard till it goes out of date – for the low price though – worth the gamble.

    Blackstrap molasses is a very good product and i have benefitted from using it. Blackstrap molasses is a very good product and i have benefitted from using it. However, i was disappointed. When i receive the six pack. It seems as though there has been some pressure built inside of all the six jars, most of the content had overflowed into the packaging. I spent a long time cleaning each jar. I cannot believe the product was still shipped to me despite the state of it.
