Intense vanilla flavor when added to shakes. I haven’t tried it in any batters or puddings yet. Recently bought this after a recommendation and it has transformed my baking. The flavour is superb and the aroma. My cakes disappear in record time and i can’t believe i ever wasted my time on vanilla essence or even extracts in the pastjust ordered my second tube.

Excellent product (if expensive).

Someone who bakes cakes professionally recommended it to me and since then i use it often to make vanilla buttercream, or whenever a recipe calls for vanilla. I find it much more convenient than using vanilla beans, especially if you just want a hint of vanilla flavour in your cereal or porridge.

This vanilla paste is excellent for cooking -giving cakes the most wonderful vanilla flavour. I have bought some for christmas presents for fammily members who cook alot.

I use it for all my cakes & biscuits. Great flavour, lots of vanilla seeds, easy to dispense.

  1. Really strong vanilla flavour. Really strong vanilla flavour. Do not use vanilla extract if you can have this. It’s a little bit bitter on its own but you’re never going to eat it directly.

    1. Love this stuff, first tried this at a food fair in exeter and now i never use normal vanilla pods or essence.

    1. Highly recommended natural product. . I use this paste daily in my porridge as well as in baking and even in savoury dishes too. The flavour is excellent and enhances every dish – real vanilla rather than many of the artificial products so regularly used. I would highly recommend this paste to anyone.

  4. I had high hopes for this product, maybe too high. It was disappointment, have to put like a tablespoon of this to cup of coffee to taste even little the vanilla, but then the sweetnes of sugar kicks in. I dont use sugar in my coffee, so it makes it tooo sweet. Maybe better for baking, but i dont bake so no comments about that.
