It has a excellent intense taste to add to cakes. There is very little else like it. I have utilised it in my cakes for yrs.

    There are many uses for this natural, amazingly fragranced oil besides cooking. I use a few drops in baby oil to use as a ‘sticky stuff remover’, massage oil and wood furniture reviver.

    1. Used it for years, great flavour and smells devine. I use boyajain orange oil when making cupcakes. I kept finding using orange peel disappointing in flavour so when i discovered this several years ago was very impressed. It has a beautiful smell and flavour and is a great addition to my baking. My chocolate orange cupcakes always get compliments and when i tell them i use oil i’m always being asked what’s that?.

    I added a couple of drops to my hot cross bun mix and what a difference it made . It might seem expensive initially but then you realise how little you actually need to use at a time. I’m really pleased i discovered it. . Now for yet more fruity buns and loaves with that added ooomph .

    As the bottle says you only need a small amount to get a good flavour. Theres only one down side and that is pouring out a little is tricky from this bottle so find yourself a pipette or decant into an old olive oil glass bottle. I will definetly buy this again. Cant wait to try the other flavours.

    As the bottle says you only need a small amount to get a good flavour. Theres only one down side and that is pouring out a little is tricky from this bottle so find yourself a pipette or decant into an old olive oil glass bottle. I will definetly buy this again. Cant wait to try the other flavours.
    1. Well worth the price and them some. Even the head chef where i work was so impressed with this orange oil that she immediately asked for details so she could order some too. With a bottle of this in your cupboard you’ll never have to bother faffing about with orange zest again and it’s so superior to other orange flavourings that it’s on a different plane entirely. It is incredibly strong though so start with a little and taste as you go along to ensure you haven’t overdone it. Also, a word of warning – don’t get even a tiny bit on your tongue when you’re adding it; it’s so powerful that you won’t be able to taste anything else and judge the amounts of other flavours you’re using.

    I have only used the oil once but it added flavour to every single part of the recipe, as i have to eat all of my own produce i am waiting a while before i use it again but cannot wait for my second batch of food.

    1. This lovely oil gives a marvellous orange flavour to my cakes. I cannot recommend it enough and it is a relief to know that i am using a natural product in my baking and not some synthetically produced chemical flavouring.
