I use a teaspoon in a glass of water whenever i have heartburn i get instant relief. I used to take pantoprazole for gastric reflux and suffered to many side effects. I am using baking soda for years and am well used to it but you may need to take a little and up the dose as you see fit. I honestly wouldn’t be without baking soda and take no medication now. I highly recommend bob’s red mill baking soda i can taste the pureness of it compared to the shop bought ones i used to buy.

    Baking soda is a wonderful and cheap product which can be used for many things. I mostly use this as deodorant and is better than anything else i have used for this purpose. I have also cleaned the house,my teeth and even washed my hair with it.
