Ok in tea, not good in coffee. Preferable to powdered splenda for blood glucose levels, but not to splenda tablets. This is okay in tea, and revolting in coffee. The reason is that it leaves a slight metallic after taste. This combines adequately with tea (english breakfast in particular) but just doesn’t work with coffee, which becomes very bitter.
